Have you ever attempted to delete a file only to be prevented from doing so by an alert that reads “The source or destination file may be in use” or “The file is in use by another programme or user”? The answer is Unlocker.
When you attempt to remove a file but are unable to, the unlocker displays in the contextual menu as another regular function. Right-click and choose “Unlocker”
A protections window will appear if the file was in fact protected. By pressing “unlock all,” all the potential entries will be available for selection. If the file is not protected, you can immediately delete, rename, or move it to a different folder.
